Dr. Bateman has been nothing but kind, supportive, and informative during our appointments throughout the past few years we've been seeing her. She is always a delight to work with and is eager to answer any questions we have. Prior to Bateman, we had seen many different pediatricians across Anchorage and none of them were as exceptional as her. Seeing Dr. Bateman has taken off so much stress and hassle when it comes to doctors appointments. I am so so grateful for the role she's played as our pediatrician.

I can't say that this visit was our first with her but it is absolutely our last. My 3 year old daughter needed her physical and all they had was an early morning appt. This is a very hard time for me and my children as I am a single working mother of two. So I tried my best, we walked through the office doors at 10 after and called back at 13 after. It started with the nurse behaving short and cold with my daughter. My three year old just couldn't move fast enough for her she had no smile no soft voice and was not appealing... read more
