I had a negative experience with Dr. Alexander. She walked in the room never smiled, or made any cheerful gestures to make my toddler comfortable. She gave me an example of how to clear my toddler's mucus and she hit her extremely hard in the back several times. She was rough when my child was laying down and she pressed on her belly. My toddler said to me, "That Doctor was rough. We need to find another Doctor. Let's go back to Dr. Lisa." I am terribly upset that my baby was traumatized by her.
