Dr. Gazdag was very good at explaining my medical condition and how to treat it appropriately. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs to see an orthopedist.
Absolutely. Dr. Gazdag was articulate, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, had good follow up and really seemed to care.
PERFECT !!!!
I think Dr. Gazdag is a wonderful doctor. Very patient and not condescending to a 91 year old woman. The experience was very lovely and I recommend him to anyone. His staff was also very lovely.
I saw Dr. Gazdag for a second opinion; I had fractured my fibula and the first doctor I saw wanted to rush me into surgery. Dr. Gazdag saw no reason for surgery, recommended I take it easy for six weeks with minimal walking, then PT. The difference between the two doctors was night and day- Dr. Gazdag thoroughly examined my ankle each of the four times I saw him, his explanations were complete, he answered my questions, and never rushed. Three months later I have virtually no pain and my fracture has healed, without surgery.
I’ve seen Dr. Gazdag a few times, the most recent being day after Thanksgiving of 2020. With very organized leadership skills, he and his team were able to get all his patients in safely (during the coronavirus pandemic). He’s got a great sense of humor, listens carefully, and is honest. He’s very ethical, respects the person’s injuries, and always offers the safest recommendations. Knowing how to deal with many different personalities, he can explain in non–technical medical terms so that someone without a medical backgroun... read more
I had a simple Achilles surgery, which turn to a disaster, due to infection. Dr. Gazdag completely lost interest/responsibility and actually disappeared. Went to Georgetown Wound center (Dr. Attinger), doctors there saved my foot and gave me my life back after several surgeries, all results of the initial one.
Saw Dr. Gazdag for serious ankle injury which required surgical management. Explained everything in great detail in first appointment which was about 2 hours and included additional assessments. Was very good about letting me know what to expect in the recovery. I appreciated him being direct, answering all of my questions, and keeping his professionalism in the first and all the follow up appointments. He specializes in ankles--based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend him.
Here’s how your appointment with Dr. Gazdag will go: he will talk very fast, start moving to the door to leave, and answer your questions with sarcasm. Unless you’re willing to put up with that, find a more professional doctor.
