Andre is the man. He's reasonable, not pushy, doesn't pry into your finances, does ask weird questions like "oh you don't have 60k in excess capital". And listen, he will fight for you to get that place. The seller agent was insane and very mean/rude. I ain't gonna say what he said to her but I got my place and I was taken care of, exceptionally. Great dude.

Andre was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he take his time to address my questions, but he also kept me updated and at ease through out the entire selling process. He is communicative, responsive, and pays a attention to details. I could not have asked for a better experience! Andre, thank you for treating me like family and making me a priority.
