Dr. Samuel came across as cold and impatient with me. I was a new patient to him on Wednesday. He did not inquire about my medical history, my ability to do my current job or introduce me to the lady in the exam room. I don’t know why she was there or who she was. This morning at 10, I called the “urgent” phone number. It went to voicemail and have yet to get a call back. It is now after 3 pm.
Very friendly staff. I was impressed with Doctor Samuel.
Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with and understand.
It was a blessing that I got into see Dr Samuel. He was so kind and took the time to hear my concerns and his recommendations for my concerns was such good news to my ears. He is a very kind person as well as a doctor.
