"Dr ivy was very arrogant. Kept talking over me when I tried explaining my index and middle fingers were swelling and giving me issues. In the consultation, he initially told me I had Dupuyens Contracture and if I got surgery it would alleviate my pain in the other fingers. The day of surgery I asked again to clarify he was removing the cyst in the middle of my hand. He said no only removing a cord to straighten my pinky. I told him my pinky wasn’t what hurt. Avoid this LANDMINE. Typical "I-know-all" kind with poor surgeon skills. He does not accept any opinion or view that may contradict what he has done. My finger still does not have the full range of motion 4 months after the surgery. He just told me to keep giving massages myself. That's it. Avoid this trashy landmine.
Do not go to this man for your issues. Never let this guy do surgery for you. He did my finger/hand surgery but recovery did not go well. I went back and expressed my concerns. He did push back and told me to simply keep giving massage myself. The finger still does not move like before 4 months after the surgery. A typical "I-know-all" doctor with poor physician skills and no willingness to listen to patients. Never use this guy for any of your medical issues - avoid this trash/garbage.
