Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and was kept waiting for nearly an hour. Yet, on a different occasion when I arrived just 10 minutes late, the doctor refused to see me and asked me to reschedule. I understand that schedules can run behind, but there should be some level of consistency and respect for patients’ time.
