I appreciated his focus on understanding emotions and listening to your body; he encourages you to feel your feelings instead of pushing them aside. At the same time, he is solution-focused, offering practical tools while letting you make your own decisions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful, supportive therapist!

Genuinely had the easiest time confronting and dealing with the most troubling times of my life. I worked with Andres for several months until I felt completion and ready to move onwards. In that time, I can say he was great at both listening to me in a non-judgmental manner while also offering up both reflections and insights that helped move me grow and move forward. As this unfolded, it allowed me to open up even more, continue to build trust and rapport and allow us to really dive deeply into our sessions.
