I was experiencing extreme anxiety due to changes at work, so I started looking for help through psychotherapy. I had a personal issue for years that I've seen various professionals for, but recently I've noticed tremendous progress thanks to Andras's unique perspective. He was unusually direct and did not meander in into unnecessary historical context, so I felt like we were making progress immediately. We then worked through a plan to make tangible changes, and I've since noticed the benefits. I felt unwelcome here. After months of trying, I felt there was no personalization to the work we were doing. If you’re looking to be asked what colour your emotions are then go here. I didn’t feel he was open to questioning of some of the thought experiments. The office space is nicely decorated and comfortable.
