I felt unwelcome here. After months of trying, I felt there was no personalization to the work we were doing. If you’re looking to be asked what colour your emotions are then go here. I didn’t feel he was open to questioning of some of the thought experiments. The office space is nicely decorated and comfortable.

So, it’s been almost 2 years since I saw Andras for anxiety that I was processing at the time. His techniques were new to me, and really challenged me to connect with, understand, and be with, my anxieties and the underlying feelings that created them. Andras is calm, grounded, and makes you feel heard. I appreciated his focus on understanding emotions and listening to your body; he encourages you to feel your feelings instead of pushing them aside. At the same time, he is solution-focused, offering practical tools while letting you make your own decisions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thoughtful, supportive therapist!
