Moved out on August 29 2024. Have not received final receipt of repairs or my security deposit back. It does not take over three months to complete these items.
Its still horrible. Loud noisy people who wanna blast music a midnight to six am. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The owners need to come and live in the cesspool. Management is weak and wont do anything. Its quieter living in a hotel.Need to get rid of the snow and ice. My mom is in s wheel chair and cannot leave the apartment. Ice everyone nobody plowed the path ways or put salt or brine down. It is an icy mess all over the complex

Took my daughters $ but was unlivable and never gave any money back. Had her sign a lease before she even saw it so she wasn't aware of the condition it was in. Leaking water from the ceiling. DUMP. Only + was price, but..........
I was planning on moving in started process on beginning of August apartment wasn't ready until the 17 of September we looked at the apartment 2x B4 signing and we were told that he has never seen roaches in this apartment but everytime we walked thru there was roaches everytime Adam told us that it would be taken care of even started catching a attitude with my wife when she brought it up the day we signed papers we had to finish cleaning it bc he didn't have time even tho he had 2 months no problem I was gonna clean it the... read more
