STAY AWAY! – As everybody else has said the management is terrible, They will be super friendly to you until you sign the contract, all they want is your money and they don't care about your safety or well being if you have any problems in your apartment as long as you pay your bill. The sister is the manager here and the other sister is District manager so complaints don't do anything. Beautiful property, poor management – Andover Park apartments is tucked away in a beautiful wooded setting. Near shopping and restaurants and an adorable duck pond where you can walk and enjoy the surrounding sights. The apartments are spacious and architecturally creative. Management seems pleasant and helpful when moving in but when there's a larger problem they are hell to deal with. Most maintenance isssues are dealt with in a timely manner.
