Picture this; It's 5 O'Clock on a Tuesday night in mid-January, and the temperature outside is 3°F. Absolutely horrible experience living at one of the properties managed by Andover. Maintenance is awful and unorganized. Requests are ignored despite severity. We have lived here for a little under 6 months. Within the time we have had two pressing issues with our fridge and door. Four months of talking with management and maintenance has left us with no resolution. You can physically see outside due to warping on the front door which they seem unlikely to fix. Terrible resolution for erroneous ACH auto payment through tenant portal. Pulled twice amount of monthly rent due. Would not return funds to checking account or overnight refund check. Mailed refund check via standard mail. Meanwhile checks bouncing; Andover would not cover non sufficient fund fees.
