I absolutely love going here! My boys and I switched about two years ago and have had nothing but a positive experience. Everyone in their office is always super nice and the part I love most is the dr is not money hungry or change what needs done every appointment like my last dentist. My kids are even comfortable with all the hygienist I don’t have to stand there with them. I’m so happy I switched!!
I can’t tell you how how amazing Dr. Howell and staff are. They understand me and make every effort to make my visits so pleasant. Thanks to all.
Dentist and staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. Office is cozy and welcoming. My kids say we've found a dentist for life here at AFD. I was able to get my son an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. My son was nervous because he was accustom to his dentist in Georgia. He absolutely loved the tv above his head during the cleaning as well as the vibrating and relaxing dental chair. The dental tech did an awesome job on cleaning his teeth. I had been going to Andover Family Dentistry for over 2 years. I missed my appointment and when I called in to reschedule my appointment I spoke to Rochelle who was extremely rude. She said since I had a balance on my account I couldn't reschedule till it was taken care of. Very sad that they aren't willing to work with loyal customers.
