Took my cat Eevee to them they were able to get us in the same day I called. They were very friendly and concerned about what was going on with her. We got there about 5-10min early and I called and told them I was there and Nicki came out and got Eevee and got her in so she could cool off and be away from they the engine noise. Tracy her vet tech was amazing and let us know what was going on. And when she brought my cat back out to me. The staff and vets are all great, I've been going here for over 13 years. I've referred countless friends to them over the years as well and all had been satisfied up until recently. The problem? They don't appear to limit the number of new customers they're taking on so you basically can't get an appointment. The first thing they say now when you call is that they're booked for weeks and the first emergency appointment may be a day or two away. (Stacy has been always great). We brought our dog Roscoe here for some on and off again stomach issues that of course cropped up right as the Memorial Weekend was starting. Our regular vet was full and couldn't get him in. I was really impressed with how thorough and quick they were getting everyone in as busy as they were, with the obvious logistical challenges of a pandemic.
