Just the one experience at the Andover Animal Hospital so far, but I would definitely go back. They showed compassion for both my cat and I when I had to put her down. I have to say what caused me to give five stars and not just four was the personal card I got in the mail a few days later. Thank you, it really meant a lot.

Up until today I was happy with this place. The reason I let my old Veteran was because of price and scheduling issues. Well what do you know this morning I had a 10am appointment for my dog for a follow up on his ear. Well what do you know they don't have me on the schedule. I asked how could that be when I made the appointment standing in the exam room 2 weeks ago? They had no answer but offered to try and squeeze me in later. I also want to let you know that I appreciate your feedback. I have discussed this situation with our receptionist and have made her aware that should a situation like this happen again, she will discuss with the doctors on staff to see if we can get the patient in right away.
This hands down is the best vet clinic. Everyone is amazing to work with and so compassionate about their jobs and it reflects on your pet. I can't recommend them enough. They became family to us! Thank you for taking care of Jade. We can't thank you enough.

I have 2 Chinese crested that are very picky. And they have delicate skin conditions, I got 3 referrals in one day, for Dr. Carrie Whitmer. I am so glad that I went! It's been great that they know my girls, know what is going on with them, and they truly care! Highly recommend. And they are open for the busy working person! Love them! Thank you for all you do!
