DO NOT LIVE HERE! THEY CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES WHILE NOT LIVING HERE. I was ready to sign my lease a few months ago but backed out of signing the contract and did notify Andorra Apts that I would not be signing the lease. I backed out because the customer service is HORRIBLE and it's hard to get a hold of anyone in the front desk to assist you. We are not able to see any charges from a 3rd party, so please call the office at 805.383.0222 or stop in so we can resolve this as soon as possible. The office is open Monday through Friday between 9AM and 6PM, Saturday between 9AM and 5PM, and Sunday between 11AM and 4PM.
Absolutely recommend Andorra . Love living here and I’m so glad i made the move . The community is so kept up. Thank you Josalynn for all of your help and with the smooth transition. Can’t wait until I’m settled in so i can enjoy all of the amenities Andorra offers ❤️
We never can get in touch with the office there always closed nickel dime u to death! Not happy here ...
My wife, daughter, and I have lived here for over a year and we love it! We just renewed our lease for another year and a half and highly recommend it!

Please, please, please do not rent from Andorra. The leasing staff is absolutely horrible. They lie and take your money and take advantage of people in vulnerable situations. Once they convince you to give them money to hold the apartment, and then they come up with a BS excuse as to why you don't qualify via not being able to verify your income, even after you provided them with all the documentation they needed to prove we were the legal business owners of our company.
