Andonian Rugs did an AMAZING job with an older Disney character rug that I wanted to preserve (sentimental reasons :-)). It was used in a high traffic area in our house and needed serious binding repair (it had basically worn entirely off) and cleaning, which was completed promptly and beautifully. The rug has been restored to its near-original fun factor and I can't thank them enough for their superb customer service from start to finish!

They saved my rug! I had a very sentimental rug that had strong puppy pee stains and smells. Everyone told me to toss it and just get a new rug. I took it into Andonian Rugs in Bellevue and they confidently reassured me they could clean it no problem. That they did! I couldn't be happier with the rug itself, so clean with no smell! Not only was I so happy with the final product but the service from beginning to end was amazing. Everyone I encountered was so sweet and reassuring. Had a rug resized here and they talked me through options, executed their recommendation well, the price wasn’t crazy, and they got it done early. Would work with them again.
