They canceled my appointment one day prior because I wasn’t able to take an at home Covid test same day. Flying in from outer island in the morning, leaving me no time for preparation. I was happy to take the test in office, but they declined. Very unprofessional.
Dr Ando’s staff was friendly, thorough, and quick. I made a last minute (same day) appointment for an FAA physical and was in and out in 30 minutes. Dr. Ando was courteous and helpful and even with a short visit was more thorough than most other AMEs I have visited with helpful reminders of applicable medical related regulation. Highly recommend.
