Our Andgar hero is Bruce Davenny who arrived to fix our furnace/heat pump on the midst of freezing weather and snow. He was prompt, courteous, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. Diagnosed problem, ordered part and returned to give us comfort again. No wonder we have used Andgar services for 30 years.

What a completely satisfying experience. Customer service is amazing- reps really take their time, present good ideas without selling you ad-on junk. Installation was seamless, including color-matching wall vent grating. Wow! Even on a cold Jan. day with 330 mph winds, the crew cleaned everything up after working a really challenging 8 hr. day. We had ANDGAR install a new furnace, a Heat Pump, and a Tankless Water Heater. Then we had to add a new small water heater to a cottage, as well as replace the old outdoor fawcetts around the whole house. Today we called them to come fix a leak in the Master Bathroom Shower, Jacuzzi fawcetts, install new shower heads in 4 bathrooms, fix a toilet and put in a new cartridge in another shower. Bruce came today to service our heat pump and furnace. He called to communicate when he would arrive and got here right on time. He was professional and friendly, and went right to work. He changed the filter and cleaned the furnace. He diagnosed a problem with our heat pump. He showed us the part that needed replacing and explained the issue. We were very pleased with his service. He even replaced the wood door for the heat pump housing. Great job Bruce and Andgar! Thank you.

My free standing propane heater is performing better than it has in years thanks to the skill, thoroughness and patience of Andgar’s experienced technician Ken. He ended up taking the whole unit apart piece by piece until he found the source of the trouble. I was impressed and grateful as I am now once again enjoying the experience of a winter night in the cozy warmth of a well functioning stove

We have owned our ANDGAR HVAC system since March 2010, and love it. On June 11, 2020 technician Douglas Campbell performed the annual maintenance on the Furnace/Heat Pump system. He did a very thorough job, repaired one item and offered some particularly good advice which I have followed. It’s interesting how I keep learning from all of the technicians over the years. Doug also told me of something that might be needed at next year’s maintenance visit. Thanks Doug.

Andgar replaced an existing furnace in a record time with the least amount of disruption and inconvenience. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and their willingness to make certain the customer was completely satisfied.
