I had a fantastic experience with Anderson's Tree Care Specialists! Last fall our peach tree was showing signs of a disease. I contacted several tree companies with certified Arborists and encountered varying problems. When I called Anderson's Tree Care Specialists they responded quickly, scheduled, arrived on time and were very professional. We inadvertently "topped" our front yard tree and the City of San Jose came after us, informing us we had to remove the tree and plant a new one. I wanted an independent arborist to evaluate and Kaitlyn from Anderson's came out and provided a tree inspection for us. She was on time, cheerful, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. And she provided the consultation free of charge!
Excellent company to hire! From the knowledge Kaitlyn for the quote, to the hard working arborist who completed the job! Honorio and Isreal were prompt, got straight to work, no nonsense and fantastic clean up! Thank you Anderson Tree!!!
They destroyed my trees. Had an unsupervised crew. Larry acknowledged it was awful, promised they’d fix it. Nope. Week after week after week. Call after call. He says he’ll talk to the office. Office just claimed so knowledge until a couple days ago. We paid 2k to have our trees destroyed and get the run around. Do not use this service.
