I recently purchased a 2017 Focus ST, and can say it was one of the best car shopping experiences I've ever had at a dealership. Our salesman, Joseph "Thank You" Di Riggi (an ST owner himself), was very helpful and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the various features of the car. Mike Shoenberg in finance was equally helpful and worked out a comfortable monthly payment at a great interest rate. Overall, my experience at Rock River Ford was exactly what car buying should be like.

I cannot thank Matthew in the service department, as well as the service manager for their kindness and their attention to my vehicle and the issue I was having. I was treated like family from the first phone call to the last repair. I will certainly be a returning customer and I would recommend to anyone!

We were treated to the best car-buying experience we have ever had! Paul was excellent and made sure we were getting the car that was perfect for us in every way. He made us feel so welcome! The buying experience was pleasant and seamless. The financial/paperwork was made super easy by Todd and we were ready to drive off the lot in no time. Paul even spent time with us after the sale to show us some of the cool features on our beautiful new car. We will definitely be back with future business!

Parts department people are rude service department was a little better nice waiting room I guess oil change took about an hour of my day personally think the time could have been cut in half.
