I found Andersons to be very professional, I had been speaking to Bree via email and messenger from Australia for the last couple of months regarding a very special item, when we got here (on holidays) everything was in store to look at, the owners and staff are very knowledgeable and very caring, and now we have a beautiful item to take home with us that will have a very special place in our heart, thank you so much for your time and exceptional service

I had been all over town trying to get a watch battery and replacement for my watch (Nixon corporal) and no one could do it because of its big design. I came into the store and Janna told me “it’ll just be a couple minutes it’s 12$” and I figured you know 15-20 minutes, I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes! Exceptional customer service and awesome products in store. Going no where else from now on!

Amazing customer service and skill. I lost a diamond from my wedding ring. All other jewelers turned me down because I had a Costco purchased ring. Anderson’s agreed to fix without hesitation. Not only did they fix the diamond but they secured my prongs and rushed so I would have my ring back for Valentine’s Day. Then they add d a third band to my ring for me last minute and had it done in two hours! Very nice people, highly recommend.
