We bought a dress from them and they were supposed to have it fitted the end of December for our January wedding. They canceled our fitting 2 days before our appointment and said they can't help us. Thank God for David's Bridal. I wouldn't recommend doing business with Andersons at all. It took us days before we could even get ahold of them to pick up the dress. This place is a joke
RecommendedYesterday I purchased my wedding dress from Anderson’s Bride. I drove from Kenai to find the perfect dress and the experience was worth the travel. Staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel very comfortable. My suggestions and concerns were heard and I never felt pressured to buy. Overall great customer service and selection.
From start to finish, my experience here was perfect! The shop is beautiful & the dress selection is spectacular. The lighting and ambiance is soft & inviting, and the staff is knowledgeable & helpful. Kirsten helped me find the dress of my dreams! She was very patient & helpful while I tried on a ton of gowns, and she helped me talk through a tuff deliberation between two for my final decision. Thank you Anderson's!
I cannot even begin to describe the appreciation I have for Erika. This experience was more magical than I could have ever imagined. My parents live in another state and I was saddened to not have my mother with me. Erika not only helped me set up my computer so that I could FaceTime them, but she was constantly being my cameraman and displaying me to my parents the best she could. After searching in every bridal shop in Anchorage and the Valley, I finally found my dress at Anderson’s Bridal with help from Erika. I had a firm budget and a very clear idea of what I was looking for in my gown. Erika listened to every single thing I said about what I wanted and each dress we pulled. I needed a discontinued dress in a 14-18 range that met all of my dress criteria and I was able to find it at Anderson’s.
