I requested a service online for a same day oil service and tire rotation on 03/12/2026. When I got there I asked for the service advisor for an estimate on a cost of such service. I was told the oil service and tire rotation for my Camry was about 100 dollars which is very reasonable. I inform him I had a coupon for 5 dollars off. When they finished with my car not only did I get charged 148.99 for the job which is 50 percent above his initial estimate they forgot to include the 5 dollar off coupon. Kasey was very passive aggressive for no reason. Had talked to somebody else in the service center who also had bad customer service. I was also lied to about how long my truck would take. Which was an issue because I was bringing it in before work. My appointment was at 745am and work was at 130 PM. I was told over the phone that it would definitely be done before lunch, which was absolutely perfect!.... but they still hadn't even started my truck at 10:30am. My husband has not had good luck with the service the gentleman at the desk 6/20 it’s not the first time he was rude when you spend 40 thousands dollars on a car you would think all the staff would be top notch
