Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does the pediatrician have other doctors or nurse practitioners that can provide care if the pediatrician is sick or unavailable? I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? No, they never made me feel like a bad parent Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining!
