I want to start off by saying we absolutely LOVED having our wedding here. The hospitality, the beautiful atmosphere, beautiful decor, and delicious food made us feel so great on our special day. Shari and her team did such an amazing job with how short our timing was. That being said there are a couple things I wish were better executed. I ran out of stars on here to give, so we will add another 50 on the side. I cannot say this enough.....TERRACE ANDERSON IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Let me start by saying we used this beautiful venue for a wedding. Shari, Christina, Zelinda and Barb were the best to work with. Didn’t have a wedding here, but have interacted with the owner Sherri and she was very rude to me. Spend your money somewhere that people are kind! Not to mention whoever replies to these reviews just lied blatantly in their previous reply, saying they “remember my wedding” when that’s literally impossible. Weird behavior! Edit: They continue to claim I’ve had a wedding here, I’m not even married? Again, weird behavior!
I was married here back in November of 2021. Shari and her staff were more than accommodating. The venue was clean, everything was set up exactly as we Discussed, and the food was really good! (We used the venues catering). Thank you for making our day that much more special with the kindness and caring of you and your staff. (Shari still checks in on me once in a while) . If you are looking for a cute, affordable venue, with a wonderful staff, I highly recommend Anderson Terrace!
What a perfect place for your next event! My first experiences with this venue were nothing short of excellent! We attended a wedding and a birthday celebration. Everything from food, to awesome staff, to perfect surroundings were first class! A true gem in Austin! Shari Anderson & Zelinda were magical! Thanks ladies!
