We called as our garage door to our warehouse would no longer close. The team was on site very quickly and had us fixed in no time. Much appreciated as we were concerned about safe guarding the assets within our shop. Great service at both the office and from the technicians. Thanks a bunch!
Top notch company!
Initial sale of doors was fine. Installation wasn't so great. Installers that showed up were unfriendly and left a mess. They seemed like they were annoyed to even be there to do the work. They left and didn't bother to review anything with me. After some time, the cable came off of the one door and it stopped working. I called for service more than once and no one called back to setup an appointment. Contacted another company and they came to fix the door in no time. Would not recommend this company.
DO NOT waste your time with the business! They are very rude and ignorant. They will give you a quote and then change the price on you (double price) and then say its due to inflation! Bad bad service. Very unpleasant to customers. Stay far away from this business!
This group of people is top notch! One of our overhead doors jammed while open and they managed to dispatch a crew and have it fully operational again within the hour, despite having a full day of calls ahead of them. They have always been our go-to for repair and maintenance and have never disappointed. We are grateful for the stellar service!!
