We rented a cabin managed by Anderson in Allenspark. I am horrified at the conduct of this company, specifically Linda. The cabin was absolutely filthy (urine stains on the mattresses, black mold in the shower, stains on pillows and bed spreads, etc.) and when I called to notify them, I was told "too bad" because we didn't report the issues right away and then was hung up on. I rented from Anderson Realty and had no problems until I moved out. Trying to get your deposit back...good luck! They took the full deposit for bogus reasons that weren't even me but were from previous renters and normal wear..
