Dan helped us buy land in 2019. We relocated due to work a year later ad never were able to build. He contacted us a couple of months ago about the property and helped us to sell it, doubling our investment. Dan listed the property and we had an offer in 3 days. I did a lease to own with Dan. He stalked the property and harassed me while I was getting treatment for cancer. Although I never missed a payment he took the property and kept my large down payment by saying I subleased. I never subleased, I had house guests helping me. Be warned he is not a true follower of Lord Jesus. You shall know them by their fruits!
