The realtor we used to sell our home was not a very good realtor, put the house on the market, only had one open house... realtor said that they could sell the house for a price and failed to do so. Had to reduce the price of the house at least 4 or 5 times before anything would happen. The fact that the realtor knew the owner of the house was not a very good idea, I think that the realtor should not have been the one trying to sell the house in the first place. Had a very bad experience with this company.
