I could not be more pleased with my work with him. He is sincere polite and knowledgeable! Handled everything for me in an efficient manner!
Will not return my deposit. The people who lived in the house before me had pets that messed all over the carpet and scratched up the doors all through the house. The house was not even cleaned before I moved in. I had dogs, but they were crate trained and house trained, they did no damage to his property. I replaced the flooring in the kitchen, living room and hallway. Put in a concrete patio and pergola. All in all improved his property by $5k minimum and he still will not return my deposit. Bad business.
