Anderson real estate allows pets! It's so hard to find a good landlord that loves animals. I've even brought my puppy into the office. Michelle is always friendly and helpful. Great landlord!
I lease a very nice home from Anderson Real Estate Services. Going on 3 years now. I've had a couple things break and Michele "the new property manager" is great! She is so polite and had their maintenance guys fix the issues the next day. Couldn't be happier with the communication. Would recommend..
I decided to write a review for Anderson Real Estate and their property manager Jill. We have rented from them for the past 4 years and finally bought our first home. Renting from them has been a very pleasant experience. The few issues with the home we have had were fixed very promptly. Only one call and the same day we had a maintenance guy doing the repairs. I would highly recommend anyone to rent from Anderson Real Estate.
Jill is nasty and talks down and over you,I have never been late with rent,and when you call with a problem it takes 3 phone calls to get anything done.
My bad experience list is as follows: Drafty windows Doors do not close They keep "loosing" my rent checks Jill is very rude and snooty, cuts you off, and acts like you are beneath her Overall, not worth the wrath of Jill. This company will screw you and your money!
Last January my husband lost his job, and I was in a panic trying to find us a place to move to with only one income. I saw Anderson Real Estate on my way to work and decided to stop on my way home. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS BY ANY MEANS! In all my years of renting this was absolutely the WORST landlord I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with! JILL has entirely no responsibilty or tact when it comes to dealing with her tenants. Things never get fixed properly and when you call to complain about something wrong with your apartment she either talks over or hangs up on you so she doesn't have to deal with it. Do not Rent from this company. Does not repaire any problems you may have. Property manager is very rude and talks over you if she doesnt want to hear what you are saying or will hang up on you. Company tries to lock you into a lease after the first year if you dont cancel in time no renewal letter sent out. Makes everything look great when you first move in then doesnt give a damn about the tenants.
