One day I see puddles in my garage and I found water dripping from the booster pump connected to the radiant boiler. I took a video and shared with Glen via text. He responded the same day and he came out the day after to replace it. Fast response and professional interactions all the way through. I would recommend!
Glen quickly addressed our issue and was responsive over email and text. Glen and his crew did a fantastic job. He walked me through the steps, set expectations and delivered quickly. He’s very busy, drove all the way out here and made time for us; we are greatly appreciative.
Glen is the best! Eichlers come with the amazing radiant heating system (can go on about the benefits), and very few are knowledgeable about and Glen is on top of the list. It's hard to reach him, but never give up hope!
Anderson did a radiant heating system inspection on a house that we bought that was disclosed as part of the sale. They noted a number of issues with the system and provided a quote to have it fixed. I have since tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, text, and email and have received zero response whatsoever in trying to engage them to get our system working. Talked with Anderson about a potential radiant heating install retrofit on an existing home. They were very responsive and helped talk through the options in a clear and straightforward way. We ended up not installing for unrelated issues (flooring problem) but would definitely look up Anderson for any future work.
