I am writing this review to warn people away from this trap, not to slander APM. I started renting from APM in 2013. I did a walkthrough the day I signed my lease and took pictures of everything and wrote down any problems I saw. One of the biggest problems I immediately noticed was the paint looked awful. It was different colors in spots where it looked like instead of repainting maybe the previous tenants/APM had spackled holes and just painted over that one spot. I am unfortunate enough to own a property run by this management company. Andersons are rude and unhelpful, I am currently selling my apartment and am very glad to not to have to deal with this management company anymore
what a terrible organization. they blew my phone up when I was buying a home. now that I purchased a new home, I get nothing but the run around. they want to fight with you on every issue. don't care about returning phone calls. Jeremy wants to tell how busy he is and make excuses. He is the main guy. Mr. Excuses. Buyer beware. the vendors dont show up when they are scheduled to come. no call and no show. this is a terrible builder who does not stand behind his work. Plain and simple.....they Suck.
