U are responsible for homeless and all so make sure they come out the day u turn ur key in bc they gonna charge u and no deposit
foothills is a grimmy dirty excuse of property management. they will tell you what ever you want to hear just to get your money. before I applied I was told I'd have first choice on house I applied for. was told app. process takes up to 4 days. I called ever day for 7 day nobody answered so I would go to the place to be told they let someone else's have my house .. IF YOU NEED A PROPERTY MANAGER GO TO MAGNOLIA APP APPROVED WITHIN 24HRS.
Very unprofessional. Do not recommend. Stole and/or threw away my stuff after I asked for it. Refused to talk to me on multiple occasions. Didn't upload pictures and discription of our home after being asked multiple times. There's so many things... Don't waste your time. I will be contacting the BBB

Horrible experience with foothills. Very unprofessional staff. They will keep your deposit. They had no right to keep mine. I left the house in better shape then when I moved in. Bugs everywhere, they never took care of it, when other things broke in the home they never fixed it. High priced. Save your money go somewhere else. We will be sharing our experience with everyone.

I wouldn't even leave them a 1 star. They're horrible people, we paid such high rent and they were just happy to get our money. They never took care of maintenance work or bugs. Because of the dang bugs my children had to be sent away with family multiple times. The girls in the office have horrible horrible communication. Don't rent from them. They will keep your deposit, like they did ours after we left the house in better condition then they left for us to move into. Save your money go somewhere else. I will be sure let e... read more
