Terrible place!! Don't move in! Amenities are non-existent. Rotten feet smell in the gym and study room. There are cockroaches all over the community and they crawl inside your apartment. Also be careful, they overcharge when you move out. SCAMMERS!!
My dad and I lived at Anderson place for 18 years we both miss it very much. Wish we could go back.
I lived at Anderson Place for about half a year. Our apartment was newly renovated, and it was excellent. Management is very friendly and responsive, and the apartment grounds are always kept well-landscaped and clean. I never had noise or other issues with neighbors, and the pool and spa are kept absolutely clean. The gym is convenient, and the laundry rooms are standalone (i.e., not next to someone's apartment), so you can do laundry at any hour with disturbing anyone.
