Could not givee me answers or a quote. I was unable to schedule services.
They are supposed to come out every three months per service agreement. Last time they showed up was May 2018. They never showed up for the August visit, but billed me. Then they didn’t show up for the November visit and billed me again! I have been calling since November to get this resolved. Promises on top of promises have been made to me that a manager will call me back, my bill will be corrected, etc., etc. N.O.T.H.I.N.G gets fixed!!!
