RecommendedWe have always used Anderson. They are the best. We had a garage door opener break over the weekend, & they had it fixed within a couple hours of us calling on Monday. Super nice & fast service. Their prices are very reasonable as well.

I just got my new garage door today to replace a 50 year old fiberglass door. I LOVE IT! I have an under house garage and the door was not a standard size and had to be manufactured for me. Rebecca was spot on with her style recommendation and her husband did the removal and installation of the new door in no time flat. It looks great and seals the opening, top and bottom perfectly! Very reasonably priced local family-owned business. I highly recommend Anderson Overhead Door for your garage door needs.

Highly recommend Anderson Overhead Door. I sent a email service request over the weekend when they were closed. It was no rush and figured it would be a few days until they could take a look. Within 2 hours of them opening on Monday, my garage door was fixed. So professional and courteous and extremely reasonable cost. The technician was friendly and fast. In a world where customer service has all but been forgotten. It was nice to see that at least this company still believes in it.

Repairman just left my home. Approximately 30 minutes to replace overhead door spring. Dealing with Anderson Overhead Door was a pleasant experience. From the phone call to completion employees were friendly and helpful. The approximate quote was very reasonable and final bill is less than quote. My other door repair company quote was almost twice. To say the least, I was surprised at the professionalism of those I spoke with and I highly recommend Anderson Overhead Door.
For the service techs -- supply a dry-lube rather than a gel-lube. A gel-lube is going to work great at first, but over time, will attract dust and will become grimy. Also, train the service techs to apply spray lube carefully to avoid overspray on door jambs and floors. Also, equip service techs with the knowledge to service screw-drive openers -- not just chain or belt-drive openers. Also, supply service techs with the correct lubricant for screw-drive openers.
I called this morning. They were there within two hours to replace the springs on my garage door. they had it fixed within an hour. Price was right too. Thank you.
