I want to be treated as a valued customer. I felt that Ed took advantage of us for whatever reason. He gave one estimate and two days later charged 100$ more than the estimate!! He placed our spare tire behind the driver’s seat IN THE CAR!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! It belongs under the car like you do everyone else’s!!!
