So far been there twice since I got my Ariya. The staff (service) seems to be friendly each time and overall process is pretty simple. Work is done under the warranty so not sure if that changes if you pay out of pocket but I can see a big difference between this service center and Ford in Rockford.

I went to this dealership about 2 months ago and traded in my 2012 Murano for a 2018 rogue. This review is for the customer service I had with the salesman Zack. When I traded my Murano in, I told him I still owed money on it and he asked me if there was anything wrong with the car. I told him there was a humming noise when it got to a certain speed.
