If I could give them zero stars, that would be more accurate. After almost a year, i've dealt with fleas when I don't have a pet, a bathroom ceiling that is constantly covered in mold from poor ventilation, and mice that seem to think this is their apartment. They sent in someone to spray for the fleas twice, because they kept coming back. But I had to take care of everything else myself. Rent from someone else.
