They do a great job!
They used to be good, though never the friendliest folk, but in recent years they started grinding our beef differently. It was ground so fine that the burger meat was terrible. It became sticky and pasty, feeling like peanut butter when you got it on your hands. I could only work with it with wet hands. And it made overly densely packed burgers and meatloaf. They are friendly and process the meat to my liking. Would highly recommend for local meat products and processing.
If you want the best quality in beef there is no better place to go!
