Called to setup our first service on our new Lincoln. Initial interaction was fantastic, service scheduled for next day (04/13) with vehicle pickup by Anderson group(perk with the model we purchased). We received confirmation emails and text messages on Wed, 4/12 confirming everything was in place. Thursday 4/13 at appointment time no one picks the vehicle up, no one calls, no one cancels. We had some vandalism to our Lincoln overnight while passing through.. We called the body shop and Roger was amazingly helpful in getting us back on the road to continue our travels. Great team, great dealership, great service. THANK YOU!
