When I first came to Anderson Lakes there was no way I could cut my dogs nails after my previous vet had cut their nails in an unexceptable way. Which left my dogs scared and almost impossible to handle when doing their nails. Now since the staff and doctors have worked with my dogs having their nails done is no big deal. Dr. Z and staff have been a part of our lives since we moved her 5 years ago. We have 2 dogs and a cat who they take very good care of. Not only that but interact with my 11 year old daughter who loves animals and respect her as her cat's "mom". Dr.Z always lets her listen to the cat's heart and encourages her in her love of animals. Great medical care and superb loving staff.
Great clinic, super vets and CVTs. My dogs actually like to go to the clinic.
Very clean facility. Kind staff, they were great with my cat. Told my what all my treatment options were, never being forceful about anything. They seem to be very honest and genuinely care for the well being of my cat. Dusty the kitty says the ladies there were very nice, smelled great, offered treats and even better gave lots of cuddles, complements and pets.
Wow! Great care, great information. I just felt so utterly taken care of! Phenomenal staff - so caring and relatable. They did an unbelievable job with my pitbull. No hesitation, just positive affection. They let him show them the great dog he is!
