They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. I definitely felt welcome here, they were very friendly and accommodating. I was happy with their nice manner. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
