My daughter and her husband utilized his service with their revenge home purchase and he was very thorough, gave detailed explanations and evaluations, and I feel was an incredible value for his expertise and knowledge of Topeka housing in general. Also, he provided the paperwork the evening if the inspection. No complaints. 10/10. They bought the house and gave solid direction on what needs to be addressed first. Definitely recommend.

I love Guy Anderson! Best money I ever spent in getting a home inspection by him so that I could prioritize what needs to be done. He was very thorough and very helpful in answering all my many questions. I wanted to sort through "needs" and "wants" and figure out what improvements would pay off when it comes time to sell the house. He was invaluable in making this happen at a very fair price. Very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Couldn't recommend more highly.

My realtor utilized him for the inspection process of my first home. The Total discrepancies that could’ve been fixed by the seller came in just under the required threshold. One major issue that was not disclosed anywhere in the report or sale was in regards to a water problem in the basement. The only discrepancy noted stated “water appears to be coming from the clothes washer” when in all reality, the water was pushing up from the basement floor and seeping through slight settling cracks.
