We had them install our AC which works fine, however we noticed one of the vents is missing the damper. We tried calling to have them replace it, and after multiple attempts, them telling us it’s not a big deal, and now flat out not answering the phone, I have to knock a once 5 star rating down to 3. The initial install was good, but apparently any sort of after care will have to go to another company.
Ihad minsplits a/c and heat pump installed. Crew was very professional ans installed units with no mess and also gave me a tutorial on how to use them Totally satisfied with their work. was done exactly as promised
Great communication throughout job with excellent quality of work.
Professional hard working people. Courteous ,very experienced and very knowledgeable about their products and services. Mini-split system working well.
