Made an appointment to have someone come out and check my furnace. Told them there is a bad electrical smell coming out the vents. Got told its from just turning the heat on for the season. Only problem is the heat has been on for two weeks! Smell has been happening off and on for a week. I definitely know the difference between a dust smell from the heat and an electrical smell! I would like to thank Anderson heating for finding us the part we needed to repair our furnace. When the part we needed was not available in our area they went out of their way to find us the part we needed in Bedford. We are very grateful for them getting our furnace running again.

We had them install our AC which works great, however we noticed one of the vents is missing the damper. After some back and forth, they did come back and installed a shut off for that vent. They did right by us and we are very grateful.

I recommend Anderson Heating and Cooling Systems highly and without reservation. Mark and his team did a fantastic and thorough job. The installation of a new Heat Pump in the attic and unit outside were done neatly and efficiently. In addition, they serviced two other existing units, cleaned up some very messy/inefficient duct work, and installed new thermostats and vents. I am thrilled. Great job!
