No one answers the phone, no one is ever in the office, no one ever emails back. This place is an absolute joke. Office is “open by appointment only” from 10am to 3:30pm. How is anyone who works first shift supposed to get anything resolved? I can't begin to express how frustrating it is to live here. I hate it. Thanks Woda!
Upstairs neighbors are being loud, and moving furniture (well, scraping it across the floor) late night/early morning (like 1 AM). Explained that in an email to the office, nothing has been done. Also, someone keeps smoking marijuana, office does nothing about that either. Update: office didnt let us know how we can pay rent changed, and no information was provided. Current management tends to be a bit rude, and talks down to us.
