Upstairs neighbors are being loud, and moving furniture (well, scraping it across the floor) late night/early morning (like 1 AM). Explained that in an email to the office, nothing has been done. Also, someone keeps smoking marijuana, office does nothing about that either. Update: office didnt let us know how we can pay rent changed, and no information was provided.
