Terrible experience, not reasonable, possibly just trying to do his job but cost my wife and I a home (plus our rental) both our jobs 9 days before closing over $4,000 and now because we are out a house we have to move to my Grandmas basement..... Thanks for the appraisal.....

Beware of this company and especially Mr. Goldschmidt. My spouse was present for a property inspection with Mr. Goldschmidt and called me on the phone crying he left. She was not upset with the inspection results, she was upset about the way she was treated. He was very aggressive and unprofessional. When he arrived for the inspection he took a few pictures and got in my spouses face and stated we have a problem.
