I was sold an unsafe car when I even mentioned I had a newborn. Ford gold certified 2020 Ford escape. I’m assuming was underwater when it flooded in New York but no carfax showing it was rotors are completely rusted flaking apart, I only put 9,000 miles on this car and haven’t even owned it a whole year yet so tell me why my rotors and breaks are completely rusted falling apart on me? They told me they were selling me a safe car for me and my baby and lied to my face and my comprehensive warranty won’t cover it because it’s ... read more

Service Department is not communicative at all and pass the blame on to the manufacturer. Orders of wrong parts lack of customer service. Bad

Today a Lincoln branch salesman called to see about my interest in F150 pickups. I reminded him that he was holding a specific vehicle for me that he said was receiving two warranty updates. Oh, that vehicle was sold to some one in Colorado he replied. What then was the hold all about? Sales manager said this was a teaching moment for the salesman, I emphasized that it was much more than that, it was misrepresentation, attempts at diversion and really (why don't we just say it) a lie. The principle of truth is missing from t... read more

On April 20 2023 I spotted a nice looking 2011 Buick Enclave at Anderson Auto Connection 15 **** ***** ** ******* ** ***** priced at $8000. I I told my daughter who test drove it with her guy. It ran fine and had nice features and had 128,153 miles. (She has been driving a 2006 GMC Denali for 5 year that has over 240,000 miles with few issues). They talked to "Rob" about the purchase and signed an agreement on April 21, 2023 for $7500. I gave them $4000 and they put in $3500 to buy it. -On 5/2/2023 the headlight went out cos... read more

Doing the rounds trying to warn you of this shady and dishonest business. I contacted them about test driving a Mach-E that their website said was available. I was assigned a random sales rep who seemed nice over email. I set a time a few days later to drive an hour to Lincoln to do a test drive and hopefully purchase the vehicle. I emailed him the day prior to confirm the appointment. When I arrived I asked the desk if he was available. I waited until 15 minutes after our agreed time before paging him a second time. He came... read more

I recently tried to deal with the Anderson Ford Stealership and could not believe the absolute *****ed way they do business!! I gave them a full price offer on a vehicle and they came back with a response of a higher price!! I can't believe this ***** could be in the car business as long as he has and have a transaction like this take place. I'm surprised he can stay in business ************************************

I had a terrible experience with Anderson Ford, in Lincoln Nebraska. I set up an appointment (via email, if anyone cares to see) to see a car that they had posted for sale on their website. They told me the vehicle was getting serviced, but that I could inspect it in the shop (very against any dealer's policy, I might add, to have customers in their shop). So the day of the appointment, within 2 hours I got 3 different phone calls from salesmen asking to confirm my appointment, one of whom came off very pushy and turned me o... read more

NEVER GO TO ANDERSON FORD! They up-charge on parts and drastically overcharge for labor. They tried to up-charge me on parts for my ***** Cruze - parts which they got from the Husker ***** Dealership across the street. I only knew this because the quote they gave me seemed very high and when I asked Anderson Ford if they up-charged, they said no. So I went across the street to ***** to double check and the prices were significantly lower. When I came back and confronted Anderson Ford about it, they adjusted the price. So if... read more
