Spencer went above and beyond for me on finding a replacement glass window on my older fireplace. When we do upgrade, we will be 100% purchasing here!
Overall a great experience when replacing our gas insert. The salesman was very helpful, and the installation was great and the guys were very friendly and professional.
Stopped in here today and happened to speak with Rod, the owner. He came up with a way better solution for heating and cooling our home for half the price of his competitors!
We used Anderson Fireplace for installation of a new gas insert fireplace and I can’t say enough good things about them! They were friendly, knowledgeable and had excellent communication. They didn’t charge any extra unnecessary costs like we got from bids from other companies for the exact same insert and their work was high quality. I highly recommend working with them and have already referred a friend.
Spencer was excellent to work with. He took the time to thoroughly and patiently answer questions during the ordering/install process and was quick to resolve an issue with a damaged fireplace background that we noticed months after install. Anderson was one of the best companies we worked with during our build. Highly recommend.
