Poor customer service. Was told they were remodeling but there were limited displays and they did not want to take the time to show what they could get.
It's been about six months now since we've purchased a heat pump system, a wood stove, and a natural gas fireplace insert from Anderson Fireplaces in Everett. All of the units are working perfectly and we are enjoying very much the heat and cooling comfort from the heat pump system. The fireplace in our home is working wonderfully and the wood stove that we purchased is in our barn and keeps it very comfy when it's cold outside. The team at Anderson Fireplaces did a great job, and we would recommend them to anyone.
Spencer went above and beyond for me on finding a replacement glass window on my older fireplace. When we do upgrade, we will be 100% purchasing here!
Overall a great experience when replacing our gas insert. The salesman was very helpful, and the installation was great and the guys were very friendly and professional.
Stopped in here today and happened to speak with Rod, the owner. He came up with a way better solution for heating and cooling our home for half the price of his competitors!
